A Benue State High Court has given an order of interim injunction restraining the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr Iyorchia Ayu from parading himself as the national chairman of the party.
Justice W.I Kpochi in an interim order said Ayu, having been suspended by his ward from the party is no longer member of the PDP and cannot parade himself as its national chairman.
The order reads in part; “An order of interim injunction restraining the 1st defendant Senatir Dr Iyorchia Ayu from.oatading himself as the national of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) having lis membership of the party, pending the hearing and determination of motion on notice already filed.”
