The Lagos state election petition sitting in Ikeja has upheld the election victory of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The tribunal declared that Sanwo-Olu was validly elected as Governor in the March 18 governorship election in the state.
The tribunal in making affirmation, disarmed the petition brought to it by the governorship candidates of the Labour Party, Rhodes Gbadebo and his Peoples Democratic Party counterpart, Olajide Adediran aka Jandor challenging the victory of Sanwo-Olu.
