Federal, Lagos Lawmakers, others endorse Oshodi-Isolo LG Chairman, Oloyede for second term

The lawmakers representing Oshodi-Isolo constituency 1 at the federal House of Representatives, Hon Dawoud Bashir, and Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon Stephen Olukayode Ogundipe, have endorsed the Oshodi-Isolo local government chairman, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede for a second term in office.

The lawmakers, along with other stakeholders, declared support for the re-election of Otunba Oloyede for a second term in office after they declared as satisfactory and commendable efforts of the local government chairman in transforming the infrastructure landscape of the council as well as other critical sectors.

Aside from the giant strides in project delivery, Hon Bashir, while declaring his endorsement for Otunba Oloyede’s second term in office, said he enjoys unprecedented synergy between the legislative and executive arms of government.

Toeing his part of endorsing Otunba Oloyede for a second term, Hon Ogundipe said given the massive projects the council chairman has embarked upon and delivered for the benefit of the masses, he is declaring his endorsement for his return for a second term in office.

He also lauded the seamless synergy he enjoys with the council chairman in the discharge of his duties.

Other stakeholders like the Brown Market Associations, Ankara Sellers Association, and all market men and women in Oshodi also endorsed the council chairman for a second term in office with a promise to massively work and mobilize for his re-election.

As a way to make real their support and endorsement of the local government chairman, the stakeholders promised to buy the nomination form for the council chairman.
