A former chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Lagos state, Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh has hailed Nigerians for their patriotism and resilience spirit for nation-building and national development.
The former council helmsman while praising Nigerians for their resilience congratulated them on the country’s 63rd independence day anniversary.
He said that the nation may be experiencing some difficult moments at this period due to the economic restructuring taking place in the country but we should never be daunted in the pursuit of having a viable and prosperous nation.
He commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his relentless efforts in repositioning the country via policies and programs while noting that the country will know it for better in the future.
He said; “Today is a special and great day that reminds us of the hard-fought victory we gained from the shackles of colonialism and the heroic efforts made by our founding fathers to give us this symbolic day that we’re celebrating.
“On this day, we are to re-dedicate ourselves to the service of our fathers’ land by playing our pivotal role as citizens.
“On this auspicious day, I wish us a beautiful celebration in the journey of having the beautiful dreams lying ahead of us as a nation.”
