The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has commended the Lagos State All Progressives Congress screening committee for their professional conduct and fairness in the screening process.
Oloyede, popularly called Kendoo, made the commendation on Thursday after his appearance before the screening committee at the party’s secretariat on Acme Road, Ikeja.
Otunba Oloyede, widely known for his developmental strides and inclusive leadership in Oshodi-Isolo, was warmly received by the screening committee. Many attendees noted that the overwhelming support he enjoys is a testament to his impactful governance and dedication to the ideals of the APC.
The council boss who didn’t spend much time in the screening hall, confidently and intelligently answered all questions posed by the committee, further solidifying his reputation as a capable and articulate leader. His composure and clarity impressed all committee members.
Party members and observers at the venue expressed delight at the development, noting that Otunba Oloyede’s performance at the screening was a clear indication that the APC remains in safe and competent hands in Oshodi-Isolo.
While being interviewed by pressmen at the end of the screening, Otunba Oloyede thanked the committee and assured residents that his administration will continue on its unprecedented development and that he would surpass his achievement in office when he resumes for a second term.
