The executive chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has distributed the Lagos State sponsored food palliative to thousands of residents on Saturday.

The state government’s food palliative came exactly two weeks after the council chairman, Otunba Oloyede distributed food palliatives ranging from raw meat, pepper, Rice, beans, Garri, Yam and other cooking ingredients to thousands of the residents of the council.
Oloyede said his administration will continue to work with the state government to bring more dividends of democracy to the teeming residents of the council.
He said; “Exactly two weeks ago, we embarked on our own Palliative Distribution 2.0 where we reached out to vast majority of our residents. I am certain the food items distributed would one way or another created a soft landing for our people.
“Moved by compassion and the need to prioritize the welfare of Lagosians, our amiable Governor, His Excellency Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu, has directly instructed yet another palliative distribution to be carried out simultaneously across the 57 Local Government and Local Council Development Areas of Lagos State today; this is in addition to the Sunday Market where food items are sold at 25% discount.”
“We appreciate our governor for his large heart and his administrative acumen in expertly piloting the affairs of the state towards the greater Lagos of our dreams.”
