Tinubu family distributes palliatives to over 300 Lagos households

They added that their son and his cabinet members have been working to ensure that the economy bounce back and Nigerians smile as expected.

The family gave the assurance yesterday, during prayer sessions and palliatives distribution exercise held in their homestead Kakawa Street Lagos Island.

During the distribution that was also extended to both Christians and Muslims religious houses, the head of the Tinubu Family of Kakawa of Lagos Island, Elder Kayode Tinubu, who was represented by the youth wing of the family, organized the event, explained that the prayer session was put together to thank God for their son who is celebrating his birthday as the president of the country.

Aside from that, he noted that the session was also to seek God’s guidance for the president and members of his cabinet as they pilot the nation’s affairs.

He added: “As they pilot affairs of the nation, we pray that God guide them to make and implement policies that will benefit the masses always”.

The head of the family assured Nigerians that the ongoing efforts by the Tinubu administration to address their challenges would “soon yield desired results by the grace of God”.

On the palliatives, the Elder Tinubu stressed that the gift was their own token to thank God for the president’s life, just as he requested that Nigerians continue to show unflinching support for the incumbent administration, in its quest to boost Nigeria status globally.
