… Describes her death as shocking

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has mourned the passing of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of New Crescent Travels limited, Hajia Hassanat Shogbesan-Rasheed.
Tinubu’s message was conveyed at the 3 days Friday held in honour of the late Hajiah Shogbesan-Rasheed on Monday at her residence in Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos.
The president who through his principal private secretary, Mr Hakeem Muri-Okunola described her demise as shocking and devastating prayed that Almighty Allah grant her aljana firdaous and be with family and give them the fortitude to bear the loss.
Tinubu said the late Hassanat Shogbesan-Rasheed was a dedicated and committed Hajj officer who always ensure his accommodation in Saudi Arabia during the Hajj services are secured and other logistics perfectly carried out.
The president said her commitment to duty and good gestures will be dearly missed.
Speaking at the fidau prayer, former Lagos Commissioner of Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Olanrewaju Elegushi eulogized the sagacity and committement of the late Hajiah Shogbesan-Rasheed praying that Almighty Allah forgive her shortcomings and grant her aljana firdaous.
Also in his tribute, the special adviser to Lagos State governor on Islamic Affairs, Mr Jebe Abdullahi Ahmad said there is no perfect word to describe the late Hajia Hassanat Shogbesan-Rasheed than to say she was a very generous, committed, dependable and dedicated person who always ensure things are getting done right in the provision of first class treatment for pilgrims in Saudi Arabia and home.
All the speakers glowingly extolled her virtuous behaviours and prayed that Almighty Allah grant her aljana firdaous.
Prayers were held in her honour as the Quranic verse were recited to seek Allah’s mercy and forgiveness for her.
Alhaji AbdulAhmed Solate delivered the sermon on the fidau day.
The Hajj Marbru Ventures CEO admonished all to take heart and remain thankful to Allah for the good life lived by the late Hajiah Hassanat Shogbesan-Rasheed.
He urged all to take lessons from her life and be dutiful to their Creator, Allah at all times.
