UAE envoy, YABATECH Rector, Charterhouse Director, for Codeavour 5.0 final

The event, scheduled to hold at the College Hall of YABATECH, will feature ten winners representing Nigeria at the international level.

According to the Founder, Beebahtics Enterprise, Habeebah Ibrahim, organisers of the competition in Nigeria, Codeavour is an international coding competition held annually for students between ages 7 and 19 across the world with over 70 countries participating.

“For the first time, we plan to host the prestigious Codeavour International Championship in Nigeria as it serves as a platform for young minds to showcase their coding prowess, and skills in coding, and artificial intelligence, and would bring together some of the brightest young minds in STEM, enhancing their creativity, and problem-solving abilities through coding and AI challenges,” she said.

She said that winners of this championship in Nigeria would go on to represent the country at the international championship in Dubai.

She said the competition will feature challenging coding tasks, thought-provoking problem-solving scenarios, and a platform for participants to demonstrate their creativity and proficiency in coding.

According to her, judges from the tech industry and other dignitaries and stakeholders will be present to evaluate and recognize outstanding performances.
